Set Up AI Chatbot

What is the chatbot?​

The AI Chatbot automatically answers customers 24/7 based on the information you provide — menu, prices, opening hours, FAQ...

Setup steps​

1. Choose a prompt template​

Go to Dashboard → AI Chatbot → AI Instructions, choose a template that fits your industry or write your own.

2. Fill in the Knowledge Base​

Go to Dashboard → Knowledge and fill in 4 sections:

  • Business info — name, address, opening hours, phone number
  • Products / Services — list with prices
  • FAQ — frequently asked questions
  • Other info — promotions, policies

3. Assign the chatbot to your website​

Go to Dashboard → AI Chatbot → Assign to website, select your website. The chatbot appears in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Tips for a better chatbot​

  • The more detail you provide, the more accurate the chatbot
  • Update menu/prices when they change
  • Write FAQ for questions customers ask most often
