What payment methods are accepted? Currently bank transfer. Online payment via card is coming soon.

Does the chatbot work 24/7? Yes, the chatbot runs continuously including outside business hours.

Can I customize how the chatbot responds? Yes, you can edit the prompt and Knowledge Base at any time.

Does the chatbot support languages other than Vietnamese? Yes, you can set the chatbot to respond in English or bilingual.
