Name, address, phone number, opening hours, short description.

List each product/service with price and short description.

Example (cafe):

3. FAQ​

Frequently asked questions from customers and standard answers.

4. Other info​

Policies, current promotions, special information.

Tips​

  • More detail = better chatbot β€” the chatbot only knows what you enter
  • Update regularly β€” when prices change or new items are added
  • Write naturally β€” no special format required
